Overview

This course provides an intermediate look at Microsoft Excel and its more advanced features, focusing on how users can analyze and manage larger datasets more efficiently through formulas, PivotTables, and automation tools. Participants will gain practical knowledge of intermediate Excel techniques and learn how to apply them effectively in their daily work. 

Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to effectively use Microsoft Excel to analyze and manage data with greater efficiency. Participants will learn to apply advanced formulas and nested functions; build and customize PivotTables and PivotCharts; use data validation and conditional formatting; work with multiple worksheets and workbooks; automate repetitive tasks using basic macros; and apply intermediate best practices when managing complex spreadsheets.

Prerequisites

 Participants should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel basics, including formulas, formatting, and simple data entry. Prior completion of a beginner-level Excel course or equivalent experience is recommended. Familiarity with everyday spreadsheet tasks will be helpful.
