Overview

This course provides a practical introduction to Microsoft Project, covering the essential tools and techniques needed to plan, schedule, monitor, and manage projects effectively. Participants will learn how to create project plans, manage tasks and resources, set timelines and dependencies, track progress, identify potential delays, and generate useful project reports. 

Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to confidently use Microsoft Project to create, plan, schedule, and manage projects. Participants will be able to create tasks and milestones, establish task dependencies, manage resources and costs, develop and interpret Gantt Charts, identify the Critical Path, set project baselines, track project progress, manage schedule changes, and generate project reports for effective project monitoring and decision-making.
